Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. sagisag reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sagisag account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sagisag will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify sagisag's customer support team immediately via live chat or email. sagisag may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. sagisag reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to sagisag.app.
You may request the closure of your sagisag account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification.
sagisag currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
sagisag does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency. All transactions must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your sagisag account. sagisag aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
All transactions on the sagisag Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If your payment method operates in a different currency, your provider's exchange rate will apply. sagisag is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
sagisag offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. All sagisag slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sagisag.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagisag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
sagisag's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sagisag account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sagisag does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
sagisag collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sagisag reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sagisag will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the sagisag Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.
sagisag reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if sagisag reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, sagisag may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including deposits and winnings, where permitted by applicable law. Where an account is terminated without cause by sagisag, any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
